After placing 9 small orders, an old European customer ordered 500kg activated alumina, 550kg 13X molecular sieve, 50kg 13X-HP molecular sieve and 1300kg white silica gel on 22nd May, 2024. Attached loading photo.
This customer requires 1,600 tons of silica gel desiccant and 300 tons of molecular sieves per year.
XINTAO 13X Molecular Sieve is the sodium form of the type X crystal and has a much larger pore opening than the type A crystals. It will adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 10 Angstrom (1.0 nm) and exclude those larger. It also has the highest theoretical capacity of the common adsorbents and very good mass transfer rates. It can remove impurities too large to fit into a type A crystal and is commonly used to separate nitrogen from oxygen.
XINTAO 13X- HP Molecular Sieve is mainly used in PSA oxygen concentrators and oxygen concentrators device, and as well as the industrial PSA unit, with the characteristics of higher N2 adsorption capacity and N2 with O2 selectivity, easy desorption and etc.
XINTAO Activated alumina has an exceptionally high volumetric capacity for any liquids that may be present in the feed stream and can hold over 50% of its weight in liquids.It can be used as absorbent, desiccant and catalyst carrier. It can widely used in the deep drying of cracked gas, ethylene and propylene, hydrogen-generation, air separation, instrument air drying and fluorine treatment for H2O2, also in the absorbing pollution material, such as H2S, SO2, HF and paraffin in the waste gas, especially in the drinking water defluorinate.
XINTAO white silica gel is mainly used for drying water-proof,can also be used as catalyst carriers, adsorbents, separators and variable-pressure adsorbents, etc.
