How did we win 224pieces of perforated plate corrugated packing order

Customer sent us inquiry for metal perforated plate corrugated packing on 31st January 2023.

In the beginning, customer asked for 14 pieces of 0.1mm thickness cube 125Y plates, we sent quotation, production video, customer reference and Portugal case study.

On 17th March, customer revised to 112 pieces of 100Y plates, we updated quotation and sent domestic case study and cube plates photos. Also answered customer that how many pieces of plates are stacked on top of each other.

On 24th March, customer ask to insert small SS304 pipe into the structured packing, and the SS304 pipes will have holes to distribute water into the structured packing. We sent photos to customer to represent how to inert the pipe and confirmed location of the pipe.

On 4th April, customer increased quantity to 224 pieces, we updated quotation and calculated the quantity of holes.

On 13th April, we started to discuss packaging/labelling/branding, and customer updated destination port.

On 17th April, we started to communicated about payment term.

On 4th May, customer sent us shipping remarks and confirmed order. 

One 9th May, customer paid down payment and we started to arrange production.
